
Guarantee, Return and Refund Information
Guarantee
- A 1-month (30-day) money-back guarantee is provided for all original designs.
- A 12-month workmanship guarantee covers all pieces, including custom designs and repairs.
- Custom-made or bespoke creations and repairs are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Refunds
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging.
- Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to seller’s error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds on Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
- After 30 days, items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
- Exchanges for the same item are subject to availability.
Shipping Returns
- Before returning an item, please email for the return post office address.
- The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The seller is not liable for returned items lost in the mail.
