Reclaimed Timber Bead on Black Cord

The timber bead is approx. 38mm long, 20mm wide and 20mm deep. It is a wedge shape with the top of the bead thicker and tapering to a thinner front. The front and back are flat with rounded edges and has a lovely tactile feel to it. The timber bead is made of reclaimed timber from a woodworker in the WA Goldfields and oiled using environmentally friendly and food safe, Gilly’s Australia.

Threaded onto black braided cord and finished with gunmetal grey lobster clasp and findings, this gorgeous gender-neutral necklace is approx. 56cm/22in long.

Natural items will have variations in size, colour, opacity, and patterns. These variations are what makes each beaded timber necklace special and a unique gift from nature.

Spiritually, wood represents growth, vitality, and renewal. Across global traditions, it acts as a grounding anchor that connects the human spirit to the Earth.

Through the ages Gemstones and crystals are believed to have metaphysical properties and individual experiences with gemstones may vary.  Crystal and Gemstone use is a matter of individual preference and belief and any reliance on gemstone energy is a personal choice, but their use should not replace professional medical advice or treatment.  Please note that all metaphysical or healing properties listed are collected from various sources and this information is offered as a guide only.

Since 2003, I have created original OOAK pieces, customised jewellery, and repaired or remodelled existing beaded jewellery from my home studio in Bibra Lake, WA, serving customers Australia-wide. I use quality materials and trusted techniques to ensure every unique piece meets high standards and builds customer trust.

All pieces, including custom made designs and repairs, are covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Lay-by/payment options are available, including BNPL. Rewards are offered to Insider Newsletter subscribers and Loyalty Programme participants, which may assist with budgeting and provide bonuses.

Please take a moment to read the reviews and testimonials provided by my valued customers.

I edit my photos to show the beads as true to colour as possible, but the actual colours may vary slightly between monitors and in different light sources.
