Calcite
This crystal is greatly beneficial for cleansing organs, bones, joints and for aiding mental clarity and memory.
Calcite is said to have a calming effect and to aid one through the decisions arising around change in your life. Frustrations due to limitations within your life may be soothed by this stone.
Calcite can be found in white / colourless, grey, red, green, blue, yellow, brown, orange and sometimes banded. If reading alongside the Metaphysical Properties of Colour, choose the colour of your particular piece of this mineral.
